How long does the whole process take?

On average, anywhere between 4-6 weeks. Once you’ve submitted a design request and have a call with one of our design consultants, you’ll receive a custom proposal in 2-3 business days. We’ll revise this proposal based on your feedback and it may take 1-2 weeks depending on the number of revisions. Once you’re happy with the final package and have placed an order, delivery will occur in 2-4 weeks.

How much will a design package cost me?

We charge a design fee of $300 to create the design package. Your design package price will depend on the size of your space (how much furniture you need) as well as which items you select (pricier and higher quality vs. more affordable). Does the package cost include delivery and setup?

Yes! The cost of delivery and assembly is wrapped into your final package. All you pay is a single fee to Heirloom Havens, which covers the entire installation process including your new furniture, design, delivery, and assembly. We have a network of trusted delivery partners who will deliver and assemble for you.

What locations do you service?

We cover most cities in the continental U.S. Heirloom Havens relies on a fast and reliable supply chain network to ship products to warehouses across the continent. Your delivery lead time will range from 2-4 weeks after your order is placed.

Blackout Windows: Please note that we cannot offer deliveries during these windows:

  • September 2 – 6, 2024

  • November 27 – December 6, 2024

  • December 25, 2024 – January 2, 2025
